The house is a classical 90’s style villa with fabulous terraces that have incredible views across the countryside, reaching as far as the bay of Pollensa. Renovated in 2017, today the property is very welcoming and well-equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, central heating, lots of appliances, Wi-Fi, etc. Enjoy, large, cool and comfortable rooms, spectacular vistas, a medley of porches and the pretty sun terrace around a delightful swimming pool. This wonderful home has very spacious rooms beautifully decorated and furnished in soft, neutral tones that combine perfectly with the brighter floors. The house is distributed over three levels; the romantic pool with sun terrace, sun loungers, pergola for shade and grand views is on the lowest level. The middle floor is home to the family areas, which include a huge living room with sofas and fireplace, a large television and patio doors opening to a grand terrace with incredible views to the bay and which is fitted out for summer dining and relaxing in the shade. A big, very well equipped kitchen-diner and guest toilet and shower are also on the middle level. All four bedrooms are on the top floor and all have their own private bathroom. The master suite with its own private terrace has a super king size bed and bathroom with shower and tub, two double bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms and terrace access and the fourth bedroom is a twin room with sole use of a separate bathroom.
