One of the fincas has 13.251 m² (18,38 hanegadas de Liria), which is where the building is located, and the other, 13.158m2 (18,25 hanegadas de Liria). The building, dating from the late 1950s, or former farmhouse, is distributed in a main building with two rooms, a living-dining room with fireplace and a kitchen. Attached to the house is the bathroom, and next to it we can find a storage room, a barbecue, a small pond, used in its day for irrigation and as a swimming pool, a small frontenis and a warehouse or garage. At the front of the main building there is a large porch. In one of the properties we can find a strip of centenary olive trees and in the other one a strip of lemon trees and an old carob tree, where the traditional hunting of thrushes in paranza was practised. The land is rustic with drip irrigation, and the irrigation and fertirrigation control is in the storehouse. A good opportunity for farmers or investment to rehabilitate the property by simply applying for the building licence. The access, except for the last two hundred metres, is by tarmac road.
