From the entrance door there is a dining room on the right, followed by a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat has two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Kitchen with access to a 12 m2 balcony with dining area. There is also access to a cosy terrace from the kitchen. The surface of the terrace is 36 m2, in winter and summer it is nice to relax and enjoy the view of the old castle of Denia.
