We access the house directly to the living room, where we have a wonderful fireplace next to the living area with access to a wonderful terrace with space for a table and 6 chairs, barbecue, and unobstructed views of the sea, without any interruption. In front of the entrance door we have the dining area and to the left the access to the spacious kitchen with separate laundry terrace. From the living room there is access to the sleeping area, where we have an en suite bedroom on the right with bathroom and exit to the terrace overlooking the sea. On the other side we have another bathroom and a large double bedroom with window to the back. On the terrace we have a staircase leading up to a large solarium that consists of a small storage room, light water and a pergola with awning, the entire solarium with spectacular sea views of the Costa del Sol.
