Town house with tourist rental license in Artá

This beautiful little townhouse with a romantic courtyard is located just a few minutes from the centre of the popular medieval town of Artá in the northeast of Mallorca. The house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them en suite, a large kitchen-diner and two sitting rooms has a year-round tourist rental licence for six beds. Built in 1890, the house was renovated in 2004 and extensively refurbished two years ago. It is characterised by numerous traditional building elements that were preserved during the restoration and give the house its typical character. The large inner courtyard with brick barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor shower and lush lemon tree invites you to linger. In the rear, separate area of the courtyard there is another small building that could either be converted into a studio or a pool could be built in its place. On the first floor there is another small terrace and on the upper floor there is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and a roof terrace with views over the rooftops of the city. The house is heated by a fireplace, as is usual in old townhouses.
