House with good sun exposure. With its beautiful garden, it invites you to sunbathe and contemplate the well-known Platja Cristall, so named for its clear waters, and to observe the beautiful starry sky on summer nights. This house has three floors. From the garden we access the ground floor through the main entrance to a hall that leads to a large living-dining room with several windows offering ideal lighting, with a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, bathroom and a glass-enclosed porch to enjoy in the middle of winter for reading or using as a second dining room. We ascend to the first floor and find two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large terrace where you can have a chill-out area. From the ground floor, we go down to another level, or we can also access directly through another entrance that opens onto the garden, to an apartment consisting of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen also with a fireplace, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a hallway that connects to a large garage that can also be used as a storage room.Other cars also fit in the outer space. From both floors we access the beautiful garden that surrounds the entire house, arranged on two levels with stone stairs and with a barbecue area. The bathrooms, windows and enclosures were renovated a few years ago. Some awnings were installed and all have decorative grilles, blinds and mosquito nets. Its furniture and lighting are of high quality.
