“El Carmen” is located in the northeast of the Old Town, behind “Plaza de la Virgen” and near “Torres de Serranos” and “Torres de Quart”. This part of the old medieval city is famous for the large number of cafés, bars and restaurants. There are many points of interest in this area, also very close to the beautiful gardens of the old bed of the Turia river. Dominated by the medieval church of Carmen and full of fountains and orange trees, this is an idyllic place to spend time exploring historical and artistic places of interest. The area is easily accessible from “Calle Serranos” and on the other side through the “Jardines del Turia”.
