Description
It is a flat, with a lot of personality, where we find a kitchen, which would be the backbone of the house and on its sides, two well-defined areas, on the one hand, the left area of the house - called the green room for its pistachio colored furniture - it is the casual, for friends, reading, or listening to music. The central one, pure and rational and in black and white, is the backbone: with the kitchen at the center. Finally, the right, eclectic-old, is the family one, to snuggle up, watch TV and sleep, where we find a double room en suite, whose bathroom stands out for its walls and floors of polished concrete, taps are from Vola, and his chandelier, a vintage model bought in London, which gives on the mirror, finishing giving the final touch to this space. After a reform that eliminated the labyrinthine distribution, the kitchen-dining room has become the central axis of the house, the backbone in which all the spaces converge. The design and remodeling work of the house was entrusted to the Minim studio, Elina Vila and Mercè Colomer, two architects from the Barcelona studio, who encouraged us to do something truly unique in this 17th century palace.
