INTERIOR partitioning: Laminated plasterboard partitioning on galvanised steel auxiliary structure. Interior thermal and acoustic insulation with mineral wool. INTERIOR CARPENTRY: Security access door to the dwelling, with three-point lock. Interior doors, with white lacquered finish and acoustic seal. Built-in modular wardrobes in all bedrooms. FLOORING: Rectified porcelain stoneware tiles in kitchens and bathrooms. In the rest of the house, laminated parquet flooring with AC5 classification, highly resistant, laid on polyethylene sheet and white lacquered MDF skirting board. TILING AND FALSE CEILINGS: Bathrooms, tiled up to false ceiling with porcelain stoneware. Walls in the rest of the house finished with smooth plastic paint. Continuous false ceilings with laminated plasterboard in bathrooms, kitchen and passageways. In the wetlands, they will be with water-repellent board and painted with smooth plastic paint. KITCHEN: Furnishings, with large capacity wall and base units with laminate finish. Counter and front with SILESTONE compact quartz hobs. Integrated extractor hood, electric oven, microwave and induction hob, all SIEMENS brand. Stainless steel sink with HANSGROHE single lever chrome mixer tap with aerator, low flow, reducing water consumption. BATHROOMS: Main bathrooms, fitted with vanity unit, built-in washbasins. HIDROBOX shower tray, large format and glass enclosure. HANSGROHE thermostatic taps in the showers and low-flow single lever taps in the washbasins. ROCA INSPIRA sanitary ware in white. HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND SANITARY HOT WATER: Integrated cooling, heating and sanitary hot water (DHW) system by means of energy-efficient aerothermal heat pump split units.

Sabadell is the fifth city in Catalonia, with 217,968 inhabitants in 2023. The existence of population centres in the Sabadell area goes back at least 3,500 years, as evidenced by archaeological findings in the areas of Can Roqueta and Can Gambús. The city was a pioneer in the Industrial Revolution of Catalonia in the textile sector and, in the middle of the 19th century, it became the most important woollen city in Spain, which is why it received the nickname "the Catalan Manchester”.
