The house is perfectly designed to achieve a contemporary rustic style that blends seamlessly with the surroundings. Natural stone finishes and wooden beams add the rustic touch characteristic of traditional Mallorcan homes. Natural light and high-quality modern finishes provide a sense of tranquility that permeates the entire property. It is fully furnished with high-quality elements from brands like Bora, Miele, Valdesign Cucine, and wardrobes by Alf Dafre. The house boasts a very Mallorcan style: wooden wardrobes, tables, and mirrors; stone decorations; palm-leaf baskets, chairs, and rugs; among other elements, making the property a true Mallorcan gem. The house is structured across two levels, as it is situated on a hillside. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall that opens into a spacious living-dining area, which is also connected to the kitchen, creating a great sense of space. Additionally, the main floor features the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room accessible from the outside. Heading to the second floor, there is a small, cozy living room ideal for reading. On this floor, you’ll also find two more bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the exterior. The interior boasts high-quality finishes and underfloor heating powered by an aerothermal system. The basement offers ample space for storage, a complete laundry room, and the house’s utility rooms. The most spectacular part of the house lies outdoors. You can choose to relax under the porch and enjoy the views or cool off in the beautiful, modern pool. The entire property is surrounded by a wide variety of native vegetation, including olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, palms, cypresses, and more, along with an exclusive designer garden. Situated in the heart of the island, only 30 minutes from the centre of Palma, the airport and the beaches. Sineu is one of the most popular villages for foreigners who are interested in authentic Mallorcan life without sacrificing comfort. Its market, held every Wednesday, is one of the most visited and appreciated on the island. In addition to the typical stalls, you can find a wide variety of food, clothes, books and animals of all kinds, being the only livestock market on the island. It has about 4,000 inhabitants and a wide range of culinary offerings, as well as numerous cafés, hotels, a pharmacy, a train station and a sports centre. Some of the best-known restaurants include Tomassini, a restaurant that opened in 2003 and specialises in pizzas and pastas, and the Molí den Pau restaurant, which combines traditional Mallorcan and signature cuisine. It also has several interior hotels, such as Ten Mallorca - a family-run luxury boutique hotel with a total of 10 rooms. The old parish church stands out, with its seven-storey bell tower. Next to the church of Santa Maria there is a small museum with a collection of medieval pottery, which can be visited on market days. You can take a nice walk through the streets of Sineu, looking for its old wells, the crosses or the olive branches adorning its façades, as well as its old Cellers and manor houses. Its old mills can be seen from a large part of Mallorca, a reminder of the importance of cereal cultivation in its lands.
