The small village of Ariany is situated on a small hill in the Pla de Mallorca, in the centre-east of Mallorca. It has approximately 900 inhabitants and stands out for its isolation and discretion. Perfect to get away from the busy city life, the beautiful Majorcan landscape makes you feel as if you have stepped back in time with the quiet village centre and the spectacular views from the church from where you can see the whole Pla de Mallorca thanks to its strategic position on a hill. Its main monument is the parish church of the Virgen de Atocha. It is less than 30 minutes from the nearest beaches, about 40 minutes from the airport and just under an hour from the centre of Palma.
