The apartment "Flamboyan" is also located on the first floor and comes with a bedroom, living room with kitchen and a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun of Tenerife. The apartment "Ca's Maria" has a spacious living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. "Ca's Maria" can be connected to the fourth apartment, which provides a living room with American kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All apartments have their own entrance and both ground floor apartments are also wheelchair-friendly designed. On the property you can find a bodega, a water tank, several covered parking spaces and another studio apartment. Thanks to the size of the property (10,000 m²), you will always find a place to relax in the ecological gardens with its numerous fruit trees and enjoy a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountain Teide.
