Santa Margarita is the residential area that is closest to Gibraltar at only 15 minutes, which makes it in the first place a living area. Due to its direct access to the A383 and A7, the port of Algeciras is at a short drive as well. At 5 minutes from the local natural beaches, it is the perfect place to combine work and your own place in the sun.
