The staircase, some mouldings, and ornaments such as mosaics, stained glass and hand-painted tiles have been maintained. The most symbolic feature is its semi-hexagonal tower, attached to the main façade, with its zinc needle dome. Outside, there is a private forest that preserves ancient trees with a singular beauty, landscaped areas and a swimming pool with generous dimensions and contemporary design. Undoubtedly, this palace will be unique in Gijón as it will house luxury flats, preserving original architectural elements and gardens.
