Its climate is pleasant, Mediterranean. It is very well communicated by the main road and the Mudejar highway, with the nearby neighboring towns and the city of Valencia, where we are in half an hour by car. Alfara de la Baronía has all the services, such as a doctor's office, pharmacy, bakery, bars or cultural casino. It is a quiet town with an eminently agricultural past, with Iberian, Roman and Arab roots, and we can visit its ethnological museum with a permanent exhibition. The riverbed of the Palancia river passes next to Alfara de la Baronía and the landscape is typical of the Valencian towns, with walking routes between orange groves. Along with the location of the townhouse we present, both a school and the municipal swimming pool have just been inaugurated. It is the most modern area of the town, a privileged and attractive place to stay.
