The Catalan movement, French or Belgian art nouveau, or Viennese secessionism left their mark on each of our cities. In Llinars del Vallés we find this characteristic pre-modernist estate, with two buildings, from the 1940s, full of history to be refurbished. Spaces with large volumes, "volta catalana" vaulted ceilings, large windows with book shutters that allow the entrance of light and air from the outside to all the rooms to be regulated. We return to the staircase and from there we access the first floor where we find 6 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms, one of them with the original ceramic sanitary ware. We access a two-storey building with a façade that is also catalogued and completely refurbished with restored wooden beamed ceilings and a central ridge.
