19th century palace house

Magnificent 19th century mansion that preserves all the elements of the period.The main entrance or hallway is made of stone and the baseboard is made of beautiful original tiles. From there we enter an immense porticoed patio, with marble columns, from where we access several rooms on the ground floor of the house. We find a large bedroom with dressing room and bathroom; A TV room, office, library and garage, with capacity for three cars. Through a very wide and beautiful staircase, with the same tiled plinth as the entrance hall, we access a bright gallery with large windows overlooking the central patio. The black and white marble floors make it a wonderful space. The main living room of the house is divided into two spaces, a smaller one with a large fireplace and charming library and another very large one, with a wonderful coffered ceiling with three balconies overlooking the street, which gives it a special light. At the back we find the master bedroom, with a dressing room and bathroom. In the other rooms of this gallery we have four more bedrooms with two bathrooms and dressing rooms; the laundry room, ironing room and the very large kitchen with an office, connected to the dining room. This one has a table for twelve people, a beautiful display case and two large windows facing the street behind. Next to this, a living room with a terrace overlooking the other patio of the house. Access to the large roof terrace of the house, with wonderful views of the city, is via a small staircase next to the kitchen.
