The house is within a fenced plot of land with fruit trees, olive trees and a pretty garden, where there is a big, very private pool (12m x 6m) that has an irregular shape and a padding area for smaller children or for those that just want to dip their feet in, the deep end for the swimmers goes up to 1.80m. The property has an extensive area of grass that is great for the kids to run around and play and for ball games, etc., or for relaxing of the sun loungers and improving the tan. The open views to the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains are a real treat as are the many outdoor areas to grill, chill and relax with those that matter. A fantastic porch will likely be the hub of the house during the summer months where there is plenty of room to eat, chat, enjoy a refreshing sundowner, play a game of cards or play some music. The house is delightful with 300 sqm constructed and a well distributed layout over three floors, it is decorated with a super rustic / nautical style that includes exposed ceiling beams, natural stone floors, comfortable furnishings and is very well equipped.
