El Catllar: Standort und Umgebung des Entwicklungsprojekts

Located at a point where Mediterranean climate and forest converge, Marga questions the experience of a traditional urbanization and proposes new ways of understanding it. It contemplates a transition from private space to public space and takes advantage of the environment, an extensive forest of pines and oaks, to give space to the vegetation, which is responsible for creating organic, genuine and close separations. The houses, located in Mas de Pallarès (Residencial Cinco Estrellas), propose a sustainable construction in that they apply construction systems that significantly reduce the construction process, integrate renewable energy installations and use km0 materials.
