Mainly in La Latina and the district of Arganzuela, lies the urban park 'Madrid Río', a green space erected along an urban stretch of the Manzanares River. The Príncipe Pío (L6, L10) and Lago (L10) stations are also very close by. By car, it is very easy to access the M-30 or the A-5 highway. And, of course, we find all the stores, supermarkets, markets - for example, the famous 'Tirso de Molina Market' -, bakeries, restaurants, bars, gyms ... or schools, hospitals, banks etc. typical of a modern and lively neighborhood.
