The main façade has a doorway with a semi-circular arch with stone voussoirs. The rest of the openings are irregularly distributed along the façade and are of different sizes. The Gothic double lancet window has a central column and a capital carved with vegetal motifs in reference to the vine: stalks, stems and pods. The 14th century building (last renovated in 2010) is part of the Catalan Architectural Heritage Inventory of the Department of Culture and Media of the Generalitat de Catalunya and is managed by the Inventory Section of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage. The building is composed of a large main body, several annexes and a garden. The main body has a ground floor and a first floor with a tiled gable roof. The composition of the ground floor is divided by the dwelling of 136 m² constructed: large entrance hall, dining room, bright patio with well, large kitchen with fireplace, guest toilet, a bedroom and a garden of about 227 m². And for the warehouse of 218 m², where wine was traditionally produced and stored. On the first floor, the house has a constructed area of 254 m², distributed as follows: nine bedrooms (one of which is a suite with bathroom), a guest toilet, a living room with balcony and a sitting room or reading room. There is access to the roof with a small terrace of about 16 m² from where you can enjoy views over the village and the surrounding countryside. On this floor there is a storeroom of approximately 36 m² with access from the ground floor. In addition to the existing uses, the following uses are authorised by the Canyelles Town Council - Housing, in the form of detached and semi-detached houses, and collective dwellings with a maximum of 10 beds. - Tertiary and service uses in the form of small shops on the ground floor and restaurants, with the exception of banqueting halls.
