Finca surrounded by mountains and views in Fuente La Higuera

We are pleased to present a spectacular finca, surrounded by pure nature and with views worth seeing. The house of the property is divided into two floors: on the ground floor we find an entrance hall, a very spacious living-dining room, kitchen, pantry, toilet and a bedroom. From the hallway there is a staircase leading to the upper floor which is divided into four double bedrooms, a fifth single bedroom and a bathroom. In the hallway there is a powerful wood-burning cooker which heats the whole floor. The roofs of the house are in perfect condition, as they were completely changed during the last renovation. The water for the use of the house is provided by a cistern and the electricity by a diesel generator. The entrance to the property is inside a huge porch to rehabilitate from where we have access to a tool room, woodshed and cistern, there is also a large barbecue.
