ENGEL&VÖLKERS exclusively presents this fantastic architectural jewel built by the prestigious architect Josep María Jujol Gibert, which still has its authenticity plaque. This unique detached house, known as Cal Passani, was built in 1932. Mario Passani, the first owner of this elegant house, of Italian origin, commissioned the architect Jujol to create a spectacular tower with views and a large garden that surrounds all sides of the property. Today, the garden conserves historic palm trees brought expressly from the Himalayas, 250 years old, a botanical jewel that the new owner will enjoy with his family and friends. On the ground floor we find the lounge-dining room, the kitchen with original pieces such as the bell tiles, the laundry room and an access through a tunnel that leads to the wine cellar in the underground part of the house. The stairs lead us to the first floor where there is the suite with its bathroom, together with two more bedrooms. On the second floor we see a room where, in the past, the maid used to sleep, on the right a storage room and we access the upper part of the tower with square spaces and beautiful views.
