The Balmes building has a spacious, bright and 89 m² apartment, recently renovated, with one bedroom and a full bathroom. Decorated in a functional Nordic design style, it is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and a fantastic kitchen with everything you need (appliances and utensils) to enjoy it from the first day. The living room, located on the outside of the house, is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows. We can find a table with chairs and a sofa facing the windows and a Smart TV of last generation. The bedroom, located in the quietest area of the house, has a double bed and fitted closets, providing comfort and functionality in a unique space.
