Two apartments at La Pleta de Saga

La Pleta is a type of typical residential compound in Cerdanya that preserves the aesthetics of the traditional town. In this case we have the bell tower where you find a house worthy of a fairy tale. The tower is distributed in two apartments that can be used for tourist rental. It is accessed through a large entrance hall from where you go up to the apartments or go down to the cellar, parking space and storage room. One apartment takes advantage of the tower's dome as an attic room with wooden walls; on another level there is a bedroom with a living room, fireplace and bathroom; on another level it has a dining room and a kitchen. The other apartment consists of two levels, a living room with a fireplace and a bedroom with a bathroom. The tower enjoys open views of the valley, La Tosa and El Cadí. It has a large common area with a porch with stone arches, a terrace and a garden. It is without a doubt a completely original and different dwelling.
