With more than 12,590 inhabitants, Sant Sadurní has become the undisputed capital of cava. More than eighty local wineries produce ninety per cent of Spain's cava, the most important of which now export their D.O. Cava all over the world. The town has all the services you need and is connected to Barcelona by public transport (trains and buses).
