The municipality of Boadilla del Monte is located to the northwest of Madrid (14km) and is bordered to the north by Majadahonda and to the east by Pozuelo. It has a population of almost 63,000 inhabitants and a surface area of 47.2 km2 with a lot of green space (24 km2), a wide range of public and private education and sports facilities. It is very close to large commercial areas, as well as the Montepríncipe and Puerta de Hierro Hospitals. With great connections by different roads such as the M-50, M-40, M-501, M-503. It has a Light Metro and several bus lines that make this one of the best connected municipalities. El Pastel is one of the newest residential areas in Boadilla del Monte. It is one of the last areas to be built. Its urban structure is made up of detached, semi-detached or semi-detached houses in the form of closed urbanisations, with privileged views of the natural surroundings such as the Guadarrama mountain range. Together with good public transport links, green and recreational areas, easy access and proximity to shopping centres make this area an ideal place to live, especially for nature lovers.
