Olesa de Bonesvalls is a picturesque municipality located in the Alt Penedès region, in the province of Barcelona. With a surface area of 30.8 km², it is located in a stunning natural setting, in the heart of the Garraf massif, between mountains such as Mont Bernat (606 m) and Montau (653 m) to the east, and the Estrellas mountain pass and the Riés mountain range to the west. The village is known for its historic castle, the ruins of the castle of the Count of Cervelló, a fortress built in the 13th century.
