Stone house with beautiful garden in Colldejou

Beautiful large house where its thick stone walls tell us about remote times and the old extension of the house. It has a beautiful, well-kept garden, with two areas differentiated by a margin drawn by old dry stone railings of different shades in good condition. In one part we see remains of an old fortress, possibly remains of an ancient wall and a small laundry. We enter the house directly to a distributor, on the right we find a large bathroom with space for the washing machine and opposite a room or winery where there are remains of a wine cup, currently used as a warehouse, on the left a couple of steps take us to a beautiful, modern kitchen with space for a large table. Next to this is an exterior porch where they currently store the firewood and we find a wooden children's house, which overlooks the garden or large patio with two different areas, one with grass and the other with stones. From the kitchen we ascend some steps and arrive at a beautiful living room with a large entrance of light, cozy with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Its sloping Catalan roofs, wooden beams under the Arab tile roof transport us to bygone times. From this same floor we go out to a beautiful terrace where you can see the sea and the mountains of the well-known Sierra de Llaberia, Sierra de Montalt and Mola de Colldejou.
