This is a flat, very well located, on Muntaner street, just a few steps away from the Consejo de Ciento island, close to Letamendi square. The flat consists of two bedrooms, the main double with full bathroom en suite, large wardrobe with storage space, and an exit to a terraced balcony, which overlooks the courtyard, the second single bedroom, with wardrobe and good storage space, which in turn is served by a second bathroom, which serves that room and at the same time works as a toilet. The day area, is incredible, the open kitchen fully integrated, American concept, with all appliances, kitchenware, etc, surrounding what is the living room, super spacious and bright, where we have a large smart tv, and a very charming window that overlooks the corner almost with advice of one hundred.
