There are several entrance points. The constructed area of 1,836 sqm consists of various parts; the main Palace, separate caretaker’s residence, Chapel, warehouses, garages, a mill (the olive & wine press) and a large well & pump house. The Caretakers portion was recently reformed and the new roof is 75% complete. The property boasts many architectural details, has mains electricity, two water sources, with the right in perpetuity of Free Water! There is road noise on the East, as the A7 is nearby, though partially mitigated by dense foliage & neighboring houses. Once reformed, there would be no noise inside. Shortly, most cars will be electric which will reduce the noise considerably.
