Jewel of the modernism in Carcaixent

We have before us a property that well deserves the name of jewel. On the ground floor, all the woodwork of both its doors and its beams, all decorated with motifs of modernism, is preserved. Likewise, the ceilings and moldings of the entire property are intact and even maintain the colors of the first decade of the 1900s. Each and every one of the rooms of the house maintain the original hydraulic pavements with their different drawings, creating a harmony without equal. The ground floor consists of a grand entrance with marble stairs, two large rooms that open their windows to the main street, a bathroom of large dimensions, living and dining room connected to the kitchen, a large patio with bars and the back of service with access to the rooms of the servants, the garage and warehouse. Access to the first floor by the wide stairs with wrought iron railings and solid wood handrails and we find a large hall with terrace to patio and all rooms that complete the night area. A large bathroom closes this floor. The second floor houses a diaphanous space with high wood and hurdle ceilings and has windows both to the patio and to the street of the main façade. The property needs care, maintenance and prior arrangements to be inhabited because it has been without use for many years.
