The apartment is located in Torrelavit, a town of around 1,500 inhabitants in the Alt Penedès region of the province of Barcelona, to the north of Vilafranca del Penedès, on the border with the Anoia region. It borders the municipalities of Cabrera d'Anoia and Piera to the north, Pla del Penedès and Font-rubí to the south, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and Subirats to the east, and Sant Quintí de Mediona and Sant Pere de Riudebitlles to the west. It forms part of the pre-coastal depression between the Garraf massif and the pre-coastal mountain range that is compressed between Montserrat and the sea. The terrain is undulated by the buttresses of the Mediona mountain range, through which runs the region's main artery, the river Bitlles. It is an idyllic place to live.
