Exclusive locations and great classics of piano literature: the VIII edition of Orbetello Piano Festival will offer seven concerts to enhance the Maremma summer.
From July 14 to August 2, eight pianists will perform playing the masterpieces composed by Chopin, Rossini, Liszt, and, of course, Beethoven. This talented artists are both Italian and foreign, thus confirming the international attractiveness of the prestigious festival.
About 1200 lovers of good music are expected to attend the event: fans who never missed a concert for years, tourists and inhabitants of the province of Grosseto.
If music is the queen of the event, the venues that will host the performances are just as suggestive. Some of this venues will be open on the occasion of the festival, indeed. Magical, historic and/or breathtaking places chosen to offer the audience a complete multisensory experience that involves both hearing and sight. An unforgettable event focused on beauty!

14 July, Antica Fattoria La Parrina - the piano duo composed by Sergio Marchegiani and Marco Schiavo will present "Dances", a tribute to Brahms' Hungarian dances.
19 July, Duomo square in Orbetello - Andrea Vizzini will propose the SilentWifi Concert®, an original concert performed in the silence of the night, heard through headphones while walking admiring Valerio Cassano’s visual art.
20 July, Torre delle Saline in Albinia - the Ukrainian pianist Pavel Kachnov will perform the recital "Liszt Fireworks!", a tribute to the Hungarian composer.
21 July, Vegetal Theater of the Botanical Dry Garden - Giuliano Adorno, artistic director of the festival, will present "Riflessi" playing music by Fazil Say, Chopin, Gershwin and Scriabin.
27 July, Terrace lagoon in Orbetello - the winner of the Orbetello International Piano Competition 2019 Vasyl Kotys will play L. Van Beethoven, S. Prokofiev and F. Liszt’s masterpieces.
July 28, Torre delle Saline in Albinia - Alberto Nosè will perform the recital "Preludes and Pictures" playing Chopin and Mussorgsky.
2 August, Hotel Capo d’Uomo in Talamone - the enfant prodige Monica Zhang will offer a grand finale on the notes of F. Chopin and P. Tchaikovsky.
