Following the coastline of Palma is Cas Català, which is still often counted as part of Palma, but is administratively part of the municipality of Calvià. This particularly popular residential area, only 10 minutes by car from Palma's city centre, is known for the prestigious 5* luxury hotel Maricel as well as the adjacent picturesque sandy beach with the idyllically situated beach bar Buganvilla. The Calanova sports and yacht harbour is just a few metres away. A wide range of water sports activities and excellent gastronomy complete the offer.

Bendinat, Old Bendinat and Costa d'en Blanes are located just a few kilometres along the coast and enjoy the prestige of a comfortable residential area: With the Real Golf de Bendinat golf club, which offers a perfect combination of sporting demands and wonderful nature, an unparalleled gastronomic landscape and the fantastic view of the Bay of Palma, these locations offer the best conditions for buying or selling a house or villa.
