3. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data (e.g., the source of the data, the purpose of the processing, and the methods used). Furthermore, under certain conditions, you have the right to object to the processing of your data for the future, request restrictions, or demand the deletion of the data. Additionally, you may at any time opt out of receiving advertising materials or participating in market research or commercial communications.

Data required to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims are also exempt from the right to deletion. I. Collection and Processing of Personal Data when Visiting Our Website

We process personal data only to the extent that you provide it to us via the contact forms on our website. Data processing occurs only with your consent or if permitted by law. Certain services offered on our website require a minimum amount of data, which is marked with an asterisk (*). Without these required fields, we cannot provide these services.

1. Data We Process from You (Hereinafter "You" or "User")

When you use our website, we process personal data, such as:

- Email address, first name, last name, title, address, phone number, property data (collectively referred to as "data" or "personal data") that you provide in connection with our services (e.g., contact inquiries, newsletter sign-ups, and property market valuations).

2. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

- To respond to contact inquiries (legal basis: contract performance and, in the case of data transfer to other Engel & Völkers license partners, your consent).
- If applicable, to respond to a request for a market valuation of a property and the associated sales interest (legal basis: contract performance and, where applicable, your consent).
- To contact you by phone (legal basis: contract performance or your consent for marketing purposes).
- Sending email newsletters for our own offers, as well as internal and third-party advertising (legal basis: your consent or our legitimate interest in marketing our services).

In summary, the legal basis for processing personal data is Art. 6 I Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, if based on consent, Art. 6 I Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, if based on a (pre)contractual relationship, and Art. 6 I Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, if based on our legitimate interest. If data processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation, the legal basis is Art. 6 I Sentence 1 lit. c GDPR.

If the legal basis is your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until its revocation. If the legal basis is legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing at any time based on your particular situation. This is governed by Art. 21 GDPR.

3. Sharing Your Personal Data

We only share your personal data with third parties if necessary for contract performance, if we or the third party have a legitimate interest in the data transfer, if there is a legal obligation, or if you have given your consent. When we refer to the "Engel & Völkers Group" in this privacy policy, we mean the companies belonging to the Engel & Völkers corporate group under §§ 15ff. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and their directly or indirectly affiliated (master) license partners, of which we are also a part. 4. Transfer of Data to Non-EU/EEA Countries

In addition to the section "Sharing Your Personal Data," the following applies:

Recipients of personal data may be located outside the EU/EEA. If you request services from Engel & Völkers license partners outside the EU, we will transfer your data to the appropriate local license partner after obtaining your consent.

When searching for, selling, or renting a property, requesting an exposé, or engaging us for a property valuation, we regularly process the following personal data:

- First name, last name, title, address, phone number, details of the property or search request.
- Email address, if you have consented to receive promotional information or prefer email communication.
- If a property transaction takes place, additional data such as bank details, identity information, and legal documents may be required.

2. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- To fulfill the contractual relationship (legal basis: Art. 6 I lit. b. GDPR, Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations (legal basis: Art. 6 I lit. c GDPR).
- To send marketing information about real estate (legal basis: legitimate interest or your consent).

If consent is the legal basis, you may revoke it at any time. If legitimate interest is the basis, you may object at any time on grounds related to your situation.

3. Sharing Data
