Located in the western part of Baden-Württemberg, approximately ten kilometers southwest of Baden-Baden in the district of Rastatt, Neusatz is the southernmost and highest district of the large town of Bühl, with around 2800 inhabitants. The village center of Neusatz is situated at an altitude of 240 meters above sea level.

Green spaces and nature

The diverse landscape consists of deciduous and coniferous forests, vineyards, and orchards. Notable green spaces include the Frauenwald forest. Neusatz is home to several water bodies, including the Ralschbach, Muhrbach, and Ingersbach. The Muhrbach originates below the Omerskopfstraße in Neusatzeck and merges with the Ingersbach in the village center, eventually joining the Ottersweierer Dorfbach, which flows into the Rhine.

Economically, Neusatz is home to numerous craft and industrial businesses in the Rheinebene area between Bühl and Ottersweier. The village also features a bank branch, small shops, several restaurants, and family-run guesthouses. Neusatz offers various amenities such as a kindergarten and a primary school.
