Kufstein: Location and surroundings of this property

Kufstein is a town in the Tyrolean lowlands, Austria, located on the border with Bavaria, Germany. It is the second largest town in the state of Tyrol and is situated on the river Inn, nestled in a picturesque mountain landscape. The town is surrounded by the imposing Alps, with the Pendling to the west and the Kaiser Mountains to the east being particularly prominent mountain ranges. Kufstein's geographical location makes the town an important transport hub. The Inntal Autobahn (A12) runs right past the town, connecting it to both the state capital Innsbruck to the west and Munich to the north. 1-Feeing of the rental agreement: For rental agreements that are rented for purposes other than residential purposes (business premises, neutral properties), a fee of 1% of the gross rental interest for the term of the contract (including VAT), up to a maximum of 18 times the annual value , has to be paid.
