The beautiful town of Erba is located between the two shores of Lake Como, in Brianza, and is surrounded by the last foothills of the Alps. Three picturesque lakes border on Erba, one of which was depicted in important works by the famous painter Giovanni Segantini . The historic core of the city has several historic gems to offer, as well as pizzerias, bakers and groceries and various shops. Another attraction is the large shopping malls, where everything can be found in comfort. The surrounding mountains attract hikers and mountain bikers, who are rewarded with a breathtaking view. Close to Erba there is the sophisticated Lecco Golf Club. By car you can reach the city of Lecco (about 17 km) or the provincial capital Como (about 14 km / 21 minutes) in about 25 minutes by car. The Lake Como shipping company offers connections all year round with the beautiful locations around the lake. The Swiss city of Lugano with its national airport can be easily reached in less than an hour's drive. Winter sports enthusiasts can reach the cities of St. Moritz (CH), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Ital.) In about 2-3 hours by car.

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent. If a sale is made, our right to commission arises as soon as the Buyer is informed that the Seller has accepted the offer; in case of property to let, our right to commission arises as soon as the person seeking to rent a property is informed that the Landlord has agreed to let the property to them. The commission must be paid as soon as the parties sign the preliminary sale agreement or the rental agreement as the case may be.
