Sormano is a small pre-Alpine municipality in the famous Larian triangle, at an altitude of 850 meters, surrounded by marvelous landscapes and unspoiled nature easily reachable from Canzo and Asso or Nesso and Pian del Tivano. It became famous in the 60s when the Muro di Sormano, a climb known among cycling enthusiasts for its difficulty, was included in the Giro di Lombardia route. The Sormano astronomical observatory allows guided tours and observation of the sky for groups of enthusiasts and students. Near the structure are some restaurants and farmhouses, which offer a spectacular panorama and fresh, clean air. The area is ideal for people who love nature and sports. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
