Vestreno belongs to the municipality of Valvarrone, located above the town of Dervio. Dervio is a small village located on the shores of Lake Como The quiet town of Vestreno is above the Dervio plain, on the northeastern side of Lake Como, about 8 km (about 15 minutes) from Varenna, about 29 km. (about 25 minutes) from the city of Lecco and approximately 10 km from Colico. From the port of Dervio, the "Como Lake Navigation Company" offers all-year-round ferry connections with the other towns on the lake. The picturesque place invites mountain walks, hiking, trekking, and mountain bike tours. The lake, on the other hand, offers numerous possibilities for water sports. The city of Como is about 70 km away (about an hour). The relative proximity to the various ski resorts, such as St.Moritz in Switzerland, or even Madesimo, Bormio, and Livigno(which are about an hour and a half or two and a half hours away by car), makes this location interesting for winter sports enthusiasts.

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
