Residenza Gora

The project comprises 3 rectangular buildings whose architecture is characterised by alternating horizontal and vertical bands that emphasise the openings and the rhythm of the façades. The Residenza Gora is characterised by an elegant and modern ceramic façade. The five-storey buildings are connected in the basement, where there are car parks, storage and technical rooms as well as bicycle parking spaces. The living areas face south with a view of the castles of Bellinzona, while the rooms face north-east with a view of the natural surroundings. There are four flat types: 2.5-, 3.5-, 4.5- and 5.5-room flats. Ground floor flats offer private gardens and terraces, while all others have large terraces for privacy and good lighting. Private laundry rooms/cellars are located on each floor. Communal green areas are located between the buildings.
