Commission details

The brokerage contract with us is concluded by the confirmation of the utilisation of our brokerage services in text form. The amount of the commission is based on the statutory regulations on the division of the broker's commission. According to these, the commission for both parties (owner and buyer) is regularly 3.5 % plus currently 19 % VAT, i.e. a total of 4.17 % of the purchase price including statutory VAT, and is earned and due upon conclusion of the notarised contract.
