The mediator and/or its agents, Engel & Völkers Lugano (EV Swiss Properties AG, Lugano Paradiso) and its possible representatives / agents, have the right to immediately claim the commission and the remaining dues toward the seller respectively the buyer (contract in favour of third parties). Important: in Canton Ticino, real estate transfer and notary fees (approx. 2,0 % to 2,5 %) are paid by the buyer. A possible tax on earnings is paid by the seller.
