This delightful apartment is located in the city centre, a few steps from the Duomo of Como in a convenient and strategic position. It is located on the second floor without lift of an elegant building renovated about ten years ago. The apartment consists of a large entrance directly onto the living area with open kitchen, dining corner and sofa. The room is very bright because it has a large window and a habitable balcony which guarantees moments of relaxation and privacy by facing a private green area. The hallway leads to the bathroom and the two bedrooms: the master bedroom also has a balcony and overlooks the green area while the single bedroom has a large window.
