Commission details
The mediator and/or its agents, Engel & Völkers Ascona (Ticino Premium Properties SA, Ascona) and its possible representatives / agents, have the right to immediately claim the commission and the remaining dues toward the seller respectively the buyer (contract in favour of third parties). No responsibility will be accepted for the information available; they are exclusively provided by the client. Whilst we consider this information to be true, we cannot be held responsible for this information being complete, correct or up-to-date. For the rest our standard terms and conditions shall apply to this agreement. Subject to prior sale and to alteration of prices. The documentation belongs to us. The documentation cannot be copied or passed down to third parties without our explicit and written approval. Important: in Canton Ticino, real estate transfer and notary fees (approx. 2,0 % to 2,5 %) are paid by the buyer. A possible tax on earnings is paid by the seller. Please note: in Canton Ticino the living area generally comprises the half of the terrace surface.
