The mediator and/or its agents, Engel & Völkers Lugano (EV Swiss Properties AG, Lugano Paradiso) and its possible representatives / agents, have the right to immediately claim the commission and the remaining dues toward the seller respectively the buyer (contract in favour of third parties). No responsibility will be accepted for the information available, they are exclusively provided by the client. Important: in Canton Ticino, real estate transfer and notary fees (approx. 2,0 % to 2,5 %) are paid by the buyer. A possible tax on earnings is paid by the seller.
