In winter, sports enthusiasts benefit from the proximity to the two ski areas of Skiworld Ahrntal, which offer kilometers of slopes as well as several tobogganing runs, and the well-known Plan de Corones. Another highlight of the village and unique in the world is the firefighter helmet museum, which houses a collection of over 700 helmets from all over the world and offers a unique experience. A village surrounded by a wonderful mountain view with a wide range of outdoor activities - that’s Gais.
