Gemeinde Söll: Location and surroundings of this property

Söll is quite versatile; in addition to an idyllic, sunny location and lots of nature, it offers a modern lifestyle with a very good infrastructure. It is located in a sunny valley between the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve, Söll's local mountain. The community has around 3,500 residents and is a magical place to live. The world is still a little slower here. The sociable and charming village is located at the western entrance to the Wilder Kaiser ski region, with very good connections to Munich and Innsbruck and only about 30 minutes from Kitzbühel. The local mountain, the Hohe Salve, impresses with its detached location with a wonderful panoramic view and is located at approx. 1,830 m above sea level. From Söll you can reach the mountain with the Hochsöll gondola and the Hohe Salve gondola and from Hopfgarten with the Salven I and II.
