Ehrwald: Location and surroundings of this property

The property for sale is located on a 1,526 m² plot of land near the village center of Ehrwald and only 800 m from the valley station of the Ehwalder-Almbahn. Located at the foot of the Wetterstein Mountains with the almost 3,000 m high Zugspitze and at the basin of the Lermooser Moos, Ehrwald, at an altitude of 1,000 m, off the important main traffic route at the nearby Fern-Pass, is a well-known bi-seasonal tourist resort in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena.
